Introducing the Matriarch suites, a heartfelt homage to 2 incredible women who have helped shape my life - my grandmothers, Elsie (1933 - 2025) and Margaret, aka Margie who is still here today and will get to visit this space!!
These two remarkable matriarchs embody strength, resilience and tenacity, which has profoundly influenced me.
Each suite is designed to reflect the warmth they brought into my family and their ability to make everyone feel at home!
The Elsie Studio
Hire out this spacious, practical and inviting events room in central Albury.
Perfect for workshops, yoga, meditation, training sessions, or gatherings.
Key Features:
- Flexible Usage: No regular contracts, book as needed for your convenience.
- Equipment hire available (yoga mats, organic cotton bolsters, eye pillows, cushions and blankets)
- Designed with the help of Interior Designer Jade Marie, ensuring this space not only looks good, but is also practical!
- Amenities: Wi-Fi, a new split system for optimal individual climate control, and a kitchenette + fridge.
- Convenient Facilities: Bathrooms located nearby for easy access.

The rectangular spaced room can comfortably fit 9 yoga mats (including teacher space) or 30 people if yoga mats aren't required.
The Margie Studio
Hire out this light filled and fully furnished pop-up office space in Central Albury.
This space is perfect for professionals seeking a cozy environment without long term commitments or contracts.

- Flexible Usage: No regular contracts, book as needed for your convenience.
- Fully Furnished: Enjoy two comfortable armchairs, 2 x monitors, along with a desk, and other soft furnishings that create a warm atmosphere.
- Massage Table: Ideal for wellness consultations or relaxation sessions. (Linen not included)
- Amenities: Wi-Fi, a new split system for optimal individual climate control, and a kitchenette + fridge.
- Client Waiting Area: A welcoming waiting area for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable before meetings.

THE IMPORTANT (ALBEIT TEDIOUS) BITS
Can Anyone Book A Room?
Short answer - No.
Respectfully, the office space is not suitable for anyone who runs a business that produces lots of noise e.g. a music teacher!
Counselling services, therapists or book keepers etc are more the vibe!
The event space can handle more noise as it is only available to be booked after hours and on weekends when I wont be using my office and less traffic in the building.
You will need:
- Public Liability Insurance ($20 million). If you are a business owner you would most likely already have this. This covers yourself (and me) in the unlikely event of an accident.
- For first time bookings, I ask that you sign a document agreeing to a few important principles e.g. tidying up after yourself, turning off a/c and cancellation policy etc) This will ensure everyone enjoys using the space!
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. I understand that ticket sales don't always happen immediately, therefore I will send a square payment link for final payment 48 hours prior to the event.

Any clients booked in from Monday March 2nd will need to come to my new space (you will also receive an email).
